Understanding that every fundraiser is unique, we offer four distinct ways to set up your campaign. Each option comes with its own benefits and considerations, and our team will work with you to explain each one and tailor the best fit for your goals. Because we exclusively produce custom items, we are committed to making the process as smooth and manageable as possible for you and your staff.
Benefits of Partnering with Dsigned by You
No Upfront Costs
With the exception of the Buy & Sell option, we do not require any upfront payment. Production begins only after you have received funds from your fundraising efforts.
High Profit Potential
Your fundraiser earns 40% of the sale price for each item sold, excluding taxes and shipping fees if home delivery is selected. The remaining 60% covers the cost of the base product and customization.
Extensive Customization Options
Our website offers a wide range of personalization features, including AI-generated designs, the ability to upload your own images, access to clip
art and premium images, QR code generation, and a variety of font choices.
Online Fundraising
eGift Cards: Send emails or texts to your supporters, including a link to our site or a QR code. Explain your fundraising goals and timeline. Your fundraiser will be listed on our website, and supporters can purchase eGift cards in their chosen denomination. Forty percent of each purchase goes to your fundraiser. Once purchased, an email with the eGift card code is sent immediately. This method reduces administrative work, and we pay your portion within seven days. Please call us so we can set up your fundraiser on our site so when a eCard is purchased it will be able to be applied to the correct fundraiser. Advantage: Completely custom orders for your donors
Disadvantages: Taxes and shipping fees are additional.
Traditional Order Form:
We will create a traditional custom order form featuring your fundraising logo and graphics on up to four items chosen by the fundraising administrators. Orders are taken and funds collected and tabulated by your fundraiser team members. The fundraiser keeps their 40% portion of the funds minus shipping charges and sends the tabulated orders to us along with the funds to produce the items chosen. Advantages: No sales tax on non-profits and no individual shipping charges. Bulk shipping is available at a discount, with free shipping for orders over 250 pieces.
Disadvantage: No individual customization, only the fundraisers logo and graphics.
Buy & Sell
Similar to traditional order taking form, but fundraising administrators select items to purchase for future events or giveaways. Please click on the below link to view all our products. Once you have decided on what you would like to purchase please email us or give us a call to get started.
Advantages: No sales tax on non-profits and no individual shipping charges. Bulk shipping is available at a discount, with free shipping for total orders over 250 pieces. Reorders can be placed at any time to meet demand.
Disadvantage: No individual customization, only the fundraisers logo and graphics. Payment is required when placing the order, and products may not sell if not preordered by donors.
Consignment
We offer stock-image coffee mugs and tumblers from our large royalty-free design library. Fundraiser administrators can choose the items they want from our available selection, and we introduce new offerings every few months.
Consignment Terms
These products are offered on consignment, so you pay only for the items that sell. A simple consignment agreement is required before getting started.
How to Get Started

Advantage: No upfront payment is required. Unsold products may be returned, and under the consignment agreement, you pay only for the items that are sold.
Disadvantage: Only stock images are available, so individual customization is not offered. Pricing includes shipping fees for both delivery and returns.
